This recipe is great for kids to make too! It’s so easy! It’s an apple pie in a few bites, (without the extra calories.) Looking for a quick and delicious treat for after school. Why not make these apple pie bites. I made these when I had some apples that I wanted to use up and I had an organic pie crust ready to go. I wanted to try something different from the usual apple pie. With only enough dough for a pie top and bottom I made smaller pies without a pie top.
